本利用規約 (以下「本規約」) は、Shino246 Studio (以下「開発者」) が提供する Android アプリ「WeatherWake (そらめざまし)」(以下「本アプリ」) の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくお客様 (以下「ユーザー」) は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。
本アプリは、当日の天気予報をもとにアラームの鳴動時刻 (早い時刻 / 通常時刻) を自動で切り替えるアラームアプリです。主な機能:
- 天気条件 (雨・雪・晴れ・曇り) に応じた鳴動時刻の自動切替
- ローカル端末でのアラーム動作 (オフラインでも通常時刻で鳴動)
- 位置情報に基づく天気予報の取得
- サブスクリプションによる継続利用
本アプリの仕様は予告なく変更されることがあります。
本アプリは初回起動時に Firebase Authentication により匿名アカウントを自動作成します。ユーザーは任意で Google アカウントとリンクできます。
Google アカウントを使用する場合、ユーザーは当該 Google アカウントの正当な保有者であることを保証するものとします。
本アプリは初回インストール時から下記の無料試用期間を提供します。
- 未サインイン: 7 日間
- Google アカウントでサインイン済み: 21 日間 (最大、インストール日から起算)
試用期間が終了すると、本アプリは「天気連動停止モード」に切り替わります。このモードでは天気予報に基づく時刻切替は行われず、すべてのアラームは通常時刻で鳴動します。
試用期間中に課金は発生しません。継続利用にはサブスクリプションへの加入が必要です。
プラン本アプリのサブスクリプションには以下のプランがあります (価格は Google Play での販売時の表示が最優先となります)。

課金すべての決済は Google Play 課金システム経由で行われます。決済情報 (クレジットカード等) は Google が管理し、開発者は取得・保存しません。
自動更新サブスクリプションは 自動的に更新されます。更新を停止する場合は、現行期間終了の 少なくとも 24 時間前 までに Google Play のサブスクリプション管理画面より解約してください。
解約方法 Google Play ストア → メニュー → 定期購入 → WeatherWake を選択 → 「定期購入を解約」
払い戻しサブスクリプションの払い戻しは Google Play の払い戻しポリシーに準拠します。期間途中での解約の場合、原則として当該期間分の返金は行われません。
価格変更開発者は将来サブスクリプション価格を変更することがあります。価格変更は事前に通知され、変更前に解約する機会が提供されます。
ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・改造
- 本アプリの自動化スクリプト等による不正な大量利用
- 試用期間の不正な延長 (端末時刻の改竄・アカウントの不正使用等)
- 本アプリを通じて取得した情報の無断複製・再配布
- 法令に違反する行為
- その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為
アラーム動作本アプリのアラーム機能は、Android OS の AlarmManager および Foreground Service に依存しています。以下の場合、アラームが意図した時刻に鳴らない可能性があります:
- 端末の電源が切れている、または再起動直後で本アプリが起動していない
- 端末の省電力モードやバッテリー最適化により本アプリの動作が制限されている
- 端末メーカー固有の「アプリのバックグラウンド制限」が有効になっている
- OS の権限 (正確なアラーム / 通知 / 全画面インテント) が許可されていない
- 音量がゼロ、サイレントモード、ヘッドフォン接続中など端末側の音響設定
- 本アプリ自体の不具合
開発者は、本アプリのアラーム不作動・遅延等によって生じたいかなる損害 (寝過ごし・遅刻・機会損失等を含むが、これらに限らない) についても、責任を負わないものとします。重要な予定がある場合は、本アプリに加えて他のアラーム手段を併用してください。
天気情報本アプリで表示される天気予報は Visual Crossing Weather API から取得した第三者データに基づくものです。天気予報の正確性・完全性については保証いたしません。
サービスの可用性本アプリは「現状有姿 (AS IS)」で提供されます。開発者は本アプリの中断・停止・データ消失・第三者サービス (Firebase, Google Play 等) の障害について責任を負いません。
適用される法令で許される最大限の範囲において、開発者が本アプリの利用に関連してユーザーに対して負う賠償責任の総額は、当該損害が生じた時点から遡る直近 12 か月間にユーザーが本アプリのサブスクリプションに対して実際に支払った金額を上限とします。
消費者契約法その他の強行法規により本条の制限が適用されない場合、当該強行法規の定めるところに従います。
本アプリおよび関連するすべての著作物・商標・ロゴ・デザイン・ソースコードに関する知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的な目的でのみ利用できます。
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更があった場合は本ページに最新の施行日とともに掲載します。変更後に本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本アプリに関連する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Android application WeatherWake (the "App") provided by Shino246 Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you ("user") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is an alarm clock that automatically switches between an earlier and a normal alarm time based on the morning weather forecast. Main features:
- Automatic alarm-time switching based on weather conditions (rain, snow, sun, cloud)
- On-device alarm operation (offline alarms still ring at the normal time)
- Local weather forecast based on your location
- Subscription for continued use after the trial
The App's features may change without prior notice.
The App automatically creates an anonymous account via Firebase Authentication at first launch. You may optionally link your account with a Google account.
If you use a Google account, you represent that you are the legitimate owner of that account.
The App offers the following free trial periods starting from the date of first install:
- Not signed in: 7 days
- Signed in with Google: up to 21 days (measured from the install date)
When the trial ends, the App switches to "weather sync paused" mode. In this mode, weather-based time switching is disabled and all alarms ring at the normal time.
No payment is charged during the trial. A subscription is required to continue using weather-based features.
Plans The App offers the following subscription plans (the price shown in Google Play at the time of purchase takes precedence):

Payment All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment information (credit card, etc.) is managed by Google and is not stored by the developer.
Auto-renewal Subscriptions automatically renew. To stop the renewal, cancel via the Google Play subscription management screen at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → WeatherWake → "Cancel subscription"
Refunds Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. As a general rule, no prorated refund is provided for cancellations mid-period.
Price changes We may change subscription prices in the future. Price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the App:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
- Abusive automated access at scale
- Improperly extending the trial period (e.g., tampering with device time, misusing accounts)
- Reproducing or redistributing information obtained through the App without permission
- Violating any applicable law
- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
Alarm reliability The App's alarm function relies on Android's AlarmManager and foreground services. Alarms may fail to ring at the expected time due to (but not limited to):
- Device powered off or not yet started up after a reboot
- Battery optimization or power-saving modes restricting the App
- Device-manufacturer-specific background restrictions being enabled
- Required permissions (exact alarm / notification / full-screen intent) not granted
- Audio settings such as zero volume, silent mode, or headphones connected
- Bugs in the App itself
The developer is not liable for any damages (including but not limited to oversleeping, being late, or loss of opportunity) resulting from missed or delayed alarms. For important schedules, please use an additional alarm in parallel.
Weather data The forecasts shown in the App are based on third-party data from the Visual Crossing Weather API. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of weather forecasts.
Service availability The App is provided "AS IS". The developer is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or failures of third-party services (Firebase, Google Play, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total liability to you arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the App's subscription during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws limit such limitations of liability, those mandatory provisions shall apply.
All intellectual property rights to the App and related copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, and source code belong to the developer or other rightful holders. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the App.
